About ESP Recruitment
Having worked in the recruitment market since 1969, my recruitment experience started with a large high street agency (Keystone Employment Group Approx. 20 Branches) as a Payroll Administrator / Accounts Manager. After 2 years I then transferred on to the branch sales side and worked within all departments for both Permanent & Temporary staff, finishing as the Group Temporary Manager responsible for approx. 1000 Temporary Staff.
In 1978 I took the opportunity to join C&S Personnel as a working Director covering all daily aspects of a busy recruitment agency.

After 11 Years I joined Reginald Welsh and Partners Staff Recruitment as a working Director, handling both Permanent & Temporary staff and dealing with the entire branch and accounts administration.
I set up my own recruitment consultancy, Edward Shelley & Partners Ltd in June 1991 and our trading name is ESP Recruitment.
