Having worked in the recruitment market since 1970, my recruitment experience started with a large high street agency (Keystone Employment Approx. 20 Branches) as a Payroll Administrator.  After 2 years I then transferred on to the branch sales side and worked within all departments for both Permanent & Temporary staff, finishing as the Group Temporary Manager responsible for approx. 1000 Temporary Staff.

I left In 1978 to join C & S Personnel as a working Director covering all daily aspects of a busy recruitment agency.

After 11 Years I joined Reginald Welsh and Partners Staff Recruitment as a working Director, handling both Permanent & Temporary staff and dealing with the entire branch and accounts administration.  I left in May 1991 to set up my own recruitment consultancy.

I started Edward Shelley & Partners Ltd in June 1991 and currently our trading name is ESP Recruitment.
